Rhia Whisler is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, having attended Grand Canyon University for both her Master of Science in Nursing with emphasis in Healthcare Leadership in Healthcare Systems, and postmaster Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate. Her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing was received through Arizona State University in 2004. She has been working in the healthcare field since 1999 with extensive background in flight medicine, critical care, emergency department, surgery, and various other settings.
Hormonal balance has played an integral part in her personal wellness experience, she strives to assist her patients in their individual journey to live their best, healthy lifestyle. A passion for wellness led her into medical aesthetics where she became certified in 2013, training at both the National Laser Institute and Clearskin Institute of Laser Aesthetics. Skin rejuvenation with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is one of her preferred modalities to assist patients in the anti-aging realm.
Having witnessed multiple patient’s profound improvement with Peptide Therapy has led her down the path to further studying Peptide Therapy and IV Nutrition, through the Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG). She is actively pursuing the certification in this area of medicine, focusing on the vast benefits of Peptides. These therapies can adjunct medical assisted weight loss, leading to high satisfaction in patient outcomes.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Rhia, a seasoned yogi, biking, or hiking and spending as much time as possible outdoors and with her family.
